….VW New Beetle 2005 2.0L in Silver ONLY 19,500 GENUINE MILES! I am selling this New shape VW Beetle for my Auntie as she’s getting on a bit (good job she’s not going to read this!), and it’s all a bit technical for her. The car is a Volkswagen Beetle (new shape), it’s Metallic Silver in colour with Grey cloth interior, 2Ltr engine & manual gearbox.It has a full service history, from either Volkswagen main dealer or VW specialist garage. The last FULL service included new clutch and was done in March at SN Autohaus (a very reputable local German car specialist), and cost £762! The car was first registered on 11/04/2005 by Abridge Volkswagen in Essex and my Auntie bought it almost exactly one month later and has owned it ever since. (Hence on V5 it say’s 1 previous owner.) So apart from the first month of its life (when we believe it was a demo car at Abridge VW), it has been in my Aunties possession and only travelled 19,500 miles! MOT’d until April 2013, Taxed until October 2012, It has all the usual refinements associated with the Beetle, Air Con, Power assisted steering, CD/Radio, Electric windows, Vase, Carpet set , etc. It also has 4 good tyres on original VW Alloy wheels. It’s absolutely immaculate, except for a very minor scrape on the offside rear wheel-arch (see photo), it hasn’t dented the metalwork, just scraped the plastic bumper (hence the price of £4995, have seen similar car with loads more miles for £5500!). It really is a super little car and with genuinely less than 19,500 miles on the clock (see picture)! I have all the papers and documentation, including receipts for all servicing, plus the original spare key, which has never been used. The car is for sale elsewhere, so if it goes, I’ll be removing the listing. A non-refundable 10% deposit within 24 hours of buying the vehicle is required (if no deposit or at least contact made within 24 hours, car will be re-listed).
